Chelsea Elizabeth Pirtle was born on October 3, 2001, in Carthage, Tennessee, to her loving parents, Wesley David Pirtle and Tara Lynn Runnells Pirtle. From the very beginning, she was surrounded by love, and she carried that same warmth into every relationship she formed throughout her life.
Chelsea was known for her gentle spirit and kind heart. She had a natural ability to connect with others in a sincere and meaningful way, making people feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Whether with family, friends, or new acquaintances, her presence brought comfort and positivity. Her soft, radiant smile had a way of lifting the spirits of everyone around her.
