It is with profound sadness that the passing of Taylor Ashtyn (Zeedrich) Kelly, 34, of Minerva, Ohio, is announced. She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Taylor’s life was marked by extraordinary strength and resilience. First diagnosed with cancer at just four years old, she faced multiple battles throughout her life with unwavering courage. Despite these challenges, she lived with grace, determination, and a deep commitment to helping others.
Born in Canton, Ohio, to Rhonda (Stowe) Zeedrich and Tyler Zeedrich, Taylor grew into a compassionate and dedicated professional. She graduated from Minerva High School in 2010 and later earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University in 2014. While furthering her nursing education at Aultman College, she worked as a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Aultman Hospital.
Taylor went on to serve as a Registered Nurse at Salem West Healthcare Center and Arbors at Minerva before achieving her dream role as a school nurse with the Stark County Health Department, where she served the Osnaburg Local School District. In this role, she made a lasting impact on students, families, and colleagues through her care and dedication.
In her personal life, Taylor married her husband, Jacob Kelly, on September 4, 2021. Together, they welcomed their daughter, Meara Faye, in November 2022. Her family was the center of her world, and she cherished time spent gardening, watching movies with her daughter, and caring for her pets.
She is survived by her husband, daughter, parents, siblings, extended family, and many loved ones who will continue to carry her memory forward.
Taylor Ashtyn Kelly will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and honored for her strength, compassion, and the love she shared throughout her life.
